Contact form submissions are sent to our business email and stored only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected.
When you submit an enquiry or assessment, we store your contact details, message or answers, consent where requested, and generated assessment summary privately in this WordPress website. Administrators can review these records and notification failures. We use them to respond to your request. Assessment summaries are sent through the configured email service. If an administrator enables the optional assessment webhook, these details and the summary are also forwarded to that configured service.
We use a salted hash of the connecting IP address temporarily for request limits and a submission fingerprint for duplicate prevention. We do not include form details or answers in analytics events. Administrators must review stored enquiries regularly, delete records no longer needed, and apply the same retention policy to backups and any configured forwarding service.

Configured email and optional assessment forwarding services — to respond to your request, as described below. The administrator must disclose the providers actually enabled on this site.
WordPress — our website platform.
WhatsApp / LinkedIn — for business communication, subject to their own privacy policies.
We use the configured hosting, email and, if enabled, assessment forwarding providers to process enquiries. We do not sell enquiry data.
